Course characteristics

You operate on real patients — in a setting built for teaching, not spectating

The Madrid and Budapest campuses deliver in-person implant education for dentists who want practical surgical experience — not another theory certificate. Every course is built around real clinical scenarios on live patients, guided by an experienced implantologist, with case selection and digital planning ensuring safe progression and predictable outcomes.

Two training levels are available — a Basic Implant Course and an Advanced Implant Course — each focused on a specific tier of surgical complexity, so you train at the level your hands are actually at.

Whichever level you choose, the method is the same: fully guided surgery on every case. CBCT scan, digital plan, printed guide. You see the nerve, the bone, and the exact drill path before first contact. Freehand is just accepting a worse result before you start — we don't teach it.

And the course is only half the product. You fly home with the complete Implant Implementation System™ — the exact equipment order list, the exact patient treatment protocol, and the pricing scripts — so your first week back is an earning week, not a shopping week. A full implant case runs €3,000–€4,000 in the UK and Germany; the course fee is covered by your first three cases at home.

Why the groups stay small

Big-group live-surgery programs put a crowd around one chair — you mostly watch. At 6–8 dentists, everyone gets supervised chair time, and you still learn from every other case in the room. Confidence comes from reps. That's the product.

Your instructor

Dr. Toni Martinčević — implantologist

Your instructor is Dr. Toni Martinčević, implantologist — hundreds of implants placed, documented complication rate under 1%. That's not a sales number. That's his clinical record — and it holds because we don't place freehand, and we won't teach you to.

<1%Documented complication rate on guided implant placements — clinical record

Every caseCBCT + digital plan + printed guide. We don't guess.

Your first case should feel boring. That's what predictable looks like. That's the whole point of the system.

The Surgical Reps Guarantee

You will place a minimum of 8 implants on live patients during your course. If for any reason you don’t reach that number, you attend the next cohort at no additional cost. The biggest fear about live courses is going home without the reps. We’ve removed it.

Limited seats — 6–8 per cohort

Join the reservation list

Apply below and we'll come back within 48 hours with cohort dates, availability at your preferred campus, and the reservation details. The €2,000 reservation is refundable if we talk and decide it isn't a fit. Seats go in application order.

The ROI backstop: place your first 5 guided cases at home — if they haven't covered your course fee, we keep working with you, planning and case review, until they have. Fast-action bonus: the first 3 seats of every cohort get the surgical guides for their first 3 home cases designed and printed by us.

No commitment. We'll respond within 48 hours with dates and availability.

Frequently asked

Straight answers

How many implants will I actually place?
A minimum of 8, guaranteed — on live patients, under supervision. If for any reason you don’t reach 8 placements during your course, you attend the next cohort at no additional cost. And you review and discuss every other case in the room, so you learn from far more surgeries than your own.
Which level should I choose?
Basic if you're starting implants or have placed only a handful — it covers fundamentals with straightforward, well-selected cases. Advanced if you already place and want bone management, sinus work, and complex anatomy. Not sure? Pick "advise me" on the form and we'll place you honestly on the call.
Is Basic safe if I've never placed an implant?
That's exactly who guided surgery is for. Every case starts with a CBCT and a digital plan, and a printed guide physically controls where the drill can go — error cut to a couple of degrees and half a millimetre. Your first cases are chosen to be appropriate first cases.
Where do the patients come from?
Patients are screened, digitally planned, and booked at each campus before the cohort arrives. Reviewing those plans is part of the course.
What's included in the fee?
Hotel accommodation, half-board (breakfast and lunch), airport transfers, and all surgical materials and instrumentation during the course. Not included: flights, dinners outside the program, and personal expenses.
What does the €2,000 reservation commit me to?
Nothing except a serious conversation. It holds your seat while we confirm dates, level, and fit. If we're not a fit, it's refunded. The balance is only due once we've talked and locked your cohort.
Do I need to bring equipment or buy software?
No. Everything is provided during the course, and we teach both a paid software path (i-Implant Studio) and a free one (Blue Sky Bio). You'll go home with the exact equipment list for your own practice — printer, resin, drill kit, CBCT referral brief.
What language is the course taught in?
English.
